CREAZIONE DELLA PRIMA COMUNITA' ENERGETICA A CERVIA
The path started in Cervia in 2021 thanks to the synergy of several projects aimed at promoting sustainable electrification of the territory and the green transition through the use of renewable sources for energy production, finds expression in the birth of the first renewable energy community in Cervia, thanks to the participation to the call for proposal in the frame of the RP ERDF 2021-2027 of the Emilia Romagna Region to support the development of Renewable Energy Communities D.G.R. n. 2151/2022 - SO 2 – Action 2.2.3.
Main activities
The community’s need to develop a model for energy sharing becomes an objective of the Administration and is implemented through the call for proposals for support to the development of renewable energy communities.
The project includes the analysis of the territorial and regulatory context, the mapping of buildings potentially involved in the energy community, the development of production and consumption scenarios of installed systems, the analysis of eonomic-financial implications of the REC’s different configurations, as well as assessments of the potential involvement of additional actors within the REC.
The ultimate goal is to formally establish the energy community, following assessments of the most appropriate legal entity for the subjects identified as founding partners.
The project forms the basis for the construction and installation of photovoltaic systems serving the REC, in order to make efficient energy exchange between members.
